Manufacturers have known for decades the importance of continually improving processes to improve quality and reduce costs and Lean has been a powerful management tool to achieve these goals.
But Lean, which focuses on delivering value in the eyes of customer, is also an effective way of improving overall business performance when applied to processes outside of the manufacturing arena as well.
The question is, how can you wield it most effectively in non-traditional areas?
I will be discussing the following during a free webinar hosted by the Process Excellence Network on March 20:
- Learn to recognize the common gaps in the manufacturing process and how you can fill them in
- Understand new and more effective ways that Lean tools can be applied outside of manufacturing all the way to your customer and everything in between (service, distribution, etc.)
- Explore ways that you can apply these concepts to your organization
It's coming up on Thursday, March 20 at 11 AM Eastern. Register now at the PEX Network, spots are filling up fast.
Look forward to seeing you there.
